1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing our site and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

• "We" or "the Studio": refers to Muntaj Studio (منتج ستوديو).
• "You" or "the Client": the person or entity using our site or services.
• "Services": everything we offer in design, development, consulting and support.

3. Our services

We design and engineer digital products, including but not limited to:

• Mobile app development
• Business management systems
• Dashboards and reporting
• SaaS products
• Websites and web platforms
• Technical consulting, maintenance and support

4. Use of services

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract to use our services, and you may use them for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Use our services in breach of any local or international laws
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other clients' data
• Post or send harmful or malicious content or viruses
• Disrupt or interfere with our services or site

5. Scope of work and agreements

The details of each project (scope, milestones, timeline and cost) are set out in a separate quote or contract agreed with you. If anything in these terms conflicts with your project contract, the contract prevails.

6. Payments and billing

• All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are made by bank transfer or a secure electronic payment gateway.
• An invoice is issued for each service and is due within the agreed period.
• If payment is late, we may pause work until the outstanding amount is settled.

7. Intellectual property

• All intellectual property in our site and internal tools remains ours.
• Once a project is paid in full, ownership of your project deliverables transfers to you as set out in the contract.
• You grant us a license to use any content or marks you provide for the purpose of delivering your project.
• We may showcase the project in our portfolio for marketing purposes, unless we agree otherwise.

8. Privacy

9. Disclaimer

• We provide our services "as is", without warranties beyond what the contract states.
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• We may temporarily suspend the site or services for technical or maintenance reasons without prior notice.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims or losses arising from your misuse of our services or your breach of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may end the engagement as set out in the project contract. We may also suspend or end your access to the site if you breach these terms.

12. Changes

We may amend these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and your continued use of the services means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
